On the back of the Saran wraped pastel dated 1980. It is entitled "Il Neige" and the follow label, hand typed, also on the back said, "T. Peters, American educated in France, Third generation of artists - paints flowers, people, landscapes, abstracts etc. in a dreamy elegant stlye."
